Fees
The fee for orthodontic treatment depends upon the complexity of the case. Often the fee can be determined at the initial consultation. More complex situations may require that a comprehensive treatment plan be developed before a fee can be determined. Dr. Gorin will personally discuss all fees at the initial consultation.
Payment Plans
Many patients in our office take advantage of our convenient monthly payment plans. We are glad to customize the plan to your particular financial situation. Monthly payment plans do require an initial down payment. If you wish to avoid the initial down payment, you may make arrangements with a third party lender to pay for treatment. We are presently working with Orthodontic Fee Plantm from Capital Onetm, which provides flexible payment plans for our patients. Click here to learn more about Orthodontic Fee Plan. Treatment may also be paid in full at the start of treatment with the benefit of a discount. Ask for a Bookkeeper's Courtesy if you want the early payment discount.
Insurance
Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is separate and distinct from the dental benefit. You may apply orthodontic insurance to the cost of treatment so that your out-of-pocket expense is reduced. The financially responsible person will be held accountable for any changes to the insurance that occur during treatment.
Automated Appointment Confirmations – text messages (sms)
Dr. Gorin recognizes that many of his patients depend on their cell phones not only as a source of communication but as an invaluable organizing tool and appointment book. For those patients that have embraced this technology, Dr. Gorin provides text messaging appointment reminders. Our office staff is often thanked for the last minute text message reminders.
